Dave Pearce is an ex-British Commando, adventurer and Everest Summiteer.

Dave has organised and led mountaineering expeditions globally and operated in the extreme deserts and jungles. His personal climbing portfolio includes numerous classic Alpine North Faces and some of the biggest rock faces in the world like "The Nose" on El Capitan.

He reached 27,000 feet on Kangchenjunga without oxygen, and in May 2003 summited Mount Everest by its North Ridge. He was on Everest again in 2006, guiding a camera crew during the Army West Ridge attempt.

Dave holds the Mountain Instructor Certificate and is an International Mountain Leader. He has worked extensively in the film industry with many well known outdoor adventurers such as Bruce Parry and Bear Grylls.

In 2005 Dave set up his own business, Peak Aspirations, offering a variety of services. These range from organising tailor made outdoor adventures, being an Event Speaker using his Everest Experience to inspire both individuals and business to reach their full potential, being a consultant helping to develop business strategy and management with a focus on high performance, to working in TV and Film production as a safety co-ordinator. David has worked with global brands helping them to become more effective.
